About Whiplash by Metallica:

“Whiplash” is a song by the American heavy metal band Metallica. It was released as the first single from their debut album, Kill ‘Em All. The song has been covered a number of times, most notably by Motörhead whose version won a Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance. According to Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett, “Whiplash” was one of Kurt Cobain’s favorite Metallica songs.

The Workout:

The “Whiplash” song lasts for 4 minutes and 10 seconds. One of these circuits should gas you. If you feel you can go more, just put the song on repeat and go at it again.

Shadow Boxing (3+ Punch Combinations – (As many as you can get in 1 minute and 20 seconds)

Burpees (As many as you can get in 1 minute and 20 seconds)
