What are
Battle Ropes?

Battle ropes are one of the oldest and most versatile exercise implements available. You can take them with you anywhere, anchor them to a tree or kettlebell, and get in a great workout on the go.

Ideal for high-intensity interval training, supersets or work in between sets, battle ropes will guarantee a full body workout in an incredibly short period of time.

Benefits of
Battle Ropes

Battle ropes are often thought of as a tool for your upper body, which they are. However, their benefits don't end there.

Battle rope workouts work the muscles in your abs, back, and glutes, and you can incorporate movements, such as jumps, lunges, and squats, that work your legs. Battle ropes also provide a great way to get top-end power like you would doing a one-rep max in barbell lifts like the squat or snatch.

But unlike with the bar, there’s a very nominal risk of injury. If your form breaks down on a max with a barbell, your risk for injury increases enormously because of the weight involved. If you screw up with the rope, the exercise won’t be effective but it won’t hurt you.

New nylon
end caps act as
a stopper for
your hands

The rope’s material,
80% nylon, 20% polypropylene is durable without being stiff.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Battle Rope, can you feel it? Just like the ship yard. I now use this in tandem with the 16kg kettlebell, and hydrocore bag. A 4 round circuit of attack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kicking my HS football team’s A** I coach high school football, I bought this rope to train my athletes. So far they hate it, and I love it! 2 weeks in of using it twice a week I can see core and shoulder strength and control improvements. The best thing is every athlete can use it, from my 100 lb freshman, to my 250 lb seniors.
