Before becoming Chief Fitness Officer for Onnit, John Wolf founded and owned Wolf Fitness Systems, a well known unconventional gym in California that focused on the integration of various movement theories with the unique tools it made use of. He also spent several years as the US Director of Operations, sitting on the board of the International Education Committee for another well-known unconventional fitness organization.

The greatest accomplishment from this challenge stems from the creativity by John Wolf and his team. In turn, this was tremendous learning experience. Before taking this course, I was certain there were only a handful of uses for a steel mace and the tool itself has its own limitations. Boy was I wrong! John was quick to change my mindset. I was particularly fond of the multi-level variations for each movement that was offered. It was truly fascinating to discover several forms of exercise each with their own individual level of difficulty. To sum it all up, this was one awesome routine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well done Onnit 6 I like this program a lot and it doesn’t assume that the user is an athlete so great to have 3 levels beyond the 6 weeks of the challenge period I will use this at home continuous to work through the levels - at 51 it’s a stretch to do level 2 or 3 in 6 weeks but in a few months it may be doable to up a level. Mr. Wolf is like my best buddy he fills up my computer screen with motivation - excellent job.

Trust me you will enjoy it

Each day includes a warm up and cool-down and each week includes 2 yoga sessions and a recovery day. The videos are fun to follow and everyone has a great attitude. I love it!

I love the approach to workouts, using the 2:1 work to rest ratios. I love that yoga is included. I've been using the mace as an integral tool to my fitness routines since 2015, I even went through the Foundation Certification with coach Wolf, and I still learned some great new movements.
