Women’s Beginner Kettlebell Package

The Women’s Beginner Kettlebell Package is the best way to get started with kettlebell training. Rather than choosing a single weight, this package gives you the option to choose what’s best for your beginner training (either 4kg, 8kg, or 12kg) AND progress when necessary. It also allows you to switch to the appropriate kettlebell weight based on the exercise you’re performing. If you lift weights and have been taught by a kettlebell professional, we usually recommend starting with 8kg (18lbs).
