Onnit 6 Challenge FAQ

  • How long is the challenge?
    • This is a 6-week challenge that begins on Feb. 15, 2020 and ends on March 28, 2020.
  • How do I register?
    • Simply complete the registration form here and make a promise to yourself for 6-weeks. Just remember, for your registration to be 100% complete, you have to own one of the Onnit 6 programs!
  • Who can register?
    • Anyone that has a complete account profile on Onnit.com with at least one Onnit 6 program, is 18 years or older, and is a legal resident of the United States or Canada is encouraged to sign up!
  • How will the winner be selected?
    • After committing to and completing 6-weeks of Onnit 6 workouts, each participant must submit a 500-word written description of their experience with the challenge and how using Onnit 6 impacted mindset, fitness level, and overall well-being.

      From there, the participants will be narrowed down to 10 male and 10 female semifinalists that will each submit a video testimonial. Once reviewed, one male and one female will be announced the winners!
  • What are the prizes?
    • Sweet, sweet prizes. One male and one female contestant will each receive a grand prize of:
        • $6,000 USD
        • $1,000 in-store credit for Onnit.com
        • Access to all Onnit 6 Programs
  • What versions of Onnit 6 are needed for the challenge?
    • User’s choice! Own any one of our Onnit 6 programs and you’re eligible. Own more than one and you can spice up your weekly workouts, sampling different programs throughout the week.
  • How many workouts a week?
    • Each week you’ll complete 6 full body workouts. These will consist of 4 resistance training/metabolic conditioning sessions and 2 non-traditional yoga classes.
  • What is the skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) for Onnit 6 workouts?
    • Any and all skill levels! Each Onnit 6 program provides scalable workouts to meet each individual’s needs.
  • How long are the workouts?
    • Workouts durations can vary depending on where you are in the program, but they don’t run longer than 60 minutes, no more than 4% of your day!
  • What equipment is needed?
    • The beauty of Onnit 6 is that it asks for little to no equipment. Onnit 6 Bodyweight requires just you and some motivation. Onnit 6 Kettlebell calls for a few kettlebells and some open floor space. Onnit 6 Steel Mace requires, you guessed it, a Steel Mace and some room to swing it. For Onnit 6 Barbell you’ll need a barbell and a few weight plates to choose from. Onnit 6 Durability asks for two 5lb Steel Clubs. And last up, our newest addition, Onnit 6 Steel Club requires just one Steel Club weight of your choice.
  • I’m new to fitness; do I have a chance at winning?
    • Absolutely! The winner of the Onnit 6 Challenge will be determined from overall experience rather than metrics. Everyone lives a different story and judging off of percentage of fat loss, weight loss, or muscle gain wouldn’t be fair. We want to know how this program impacted you, physically and mentally. That will determine the winner.
  • Is there an app?
    • There isn’t an app for Onnit 6, but all of the workouts can be downloaded! This means you can get after it and stay on track, no matter where you are. Downloaded content can be viewed on large and small devices so you won’t miss out on an opportunity to workout. 
  • I travel for work, can I still get my workouts in?
    • Yup! This just requires a little planning. Before you leave, simply download the workouts that you’ll need to complete while you’re gone and you’ll be all set!
  • Is a nutrition plan included?
    • We know that nutrition can make or break your journey. To help support you, we’ll be providing nutritional content throughout the duration of the challenge, in addition to what’s provided within each Onnit 6 program.
