The Men's Beginner Kettlebell Package will give you the flexibility to select the best weight for the right exercise. Rather than being forced to use one kettlebell for each drill, this Kettlebell Package gives you the option to use 12kg, 16kg, or 20kg. This is the optimal weights for someone new to kettlebell training who has lifted weights in some capacity before. Typically, men start with a 16kg (35lb) kettlebell, but may use lighter or heavier weights based on their workout objective. For example, you may use a heavier 20kg (44lb) kettlebell for low rep strength drills while a 12kg (26lb) kettlebell for high rep, high intensity work. The 16kg (35lb) is optimal for medium intensity/strength sets.

Also, as far as kettlebells go, I did a lot of shopping around and these were honestly the best quality for the price point per pound. Most kettlebells that were this quality (King and Rogue KB's) were like $2 per pound on average... These are closer to $1.70 per pound and look nicer. Plus, Onnit is a great company and I love all your stuff and philosophy, So I was leaning that way anyway LOL. Can't wait to get some more of these bad boys, but they sell out so quick, it's madness! The fitness gear is definitely top notch, though... Excited for my 10lb Steel Mace to get here,.. if it will ever ship!! That semi-annual sale must have bogged up the warehouse LOL. No worries, I will just be slinging these bells until it arrives! Thanks guys
