Men’s Beginner Kettlebell Package

The Men’s Beginner Kettlebell Package will give you the flexibility to select the best weight for the right exercise. Rather than being forced to use one kettlebell for each drill, this Kettlebell Package gives you the option to use 12kg, 16kg, or 20kg. This is the optimal weights for someone new to kettlebell training who has lifted weights in some capacity before. Typically, men start with a 16kg (35lb) kettlebell, but may use lighter or heavier weights based on their workout objective. For example, you may use a heavier 20kg (44lb) kettlebell for low rep strength drills while a 12kg (26lb) kettlebell for high rep, high intensity work. The 16kg (35lb) is optimal for medium intensity/strength sets.
