The progressions are great!I am on week 4 of this program and I must admit that I really like it. My relationship with the gym has always fluctuated between going on a regular basis then getting tired of going and not going for a while. Before COVID hit, I was really good about going but found myself getting bored because I was doing the same exercises over and over again. The great thing about this program is that each level allows for different progressions; I've been working on level one, but have been able to move up to level two for some items.
As someone who is admittedly not in great shape, I appreciate John saying making sure that the viewer feels comfortable with the range of motions and says that it's okay if you need to scale back. When I tried doing classes at the Y, that was not the case and the instructor made me feel bad about myself for not being physically able to do something, causing me to never take a class again.
Great product and I have recommended to my friends. I can't wait to get through this program to start another one!
