Before becoming Chief Fitness Officer for Onnit, John Wolf founded and owned Wolf Fitness Systems, a well known unconventional gym in California that focused on the integration of various movement theories with the unique tools it made use of. He also spent several years as the US Director of Operations, sitting on the board of the International Education Committee for another well-known unconventional fitness organization.

I don't do it everyday, but it's a great tool in the toolkit, especially when I'm traveling, want to exercise outside in parks, or don't have access to equipment. The workouts are a lot of fun and very thoughtfully created. Also, I've done lots of different virtual workouts, and John Wolf continues to be the best coach I've ever experienced... and it's not even close.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delivers as advertised The program delivers as advertised. A well thought out body weight exercises that are simple to execute and range from beginner to advanced throughout. In addition the program emphasizes the importance of injury prevention before, during, and after the workouts. Finally, I'd like to state that there were some exercises I shifted, for example I shifted the frog squats to regular push ups because I am in the Army and must be able to do as many push ups as possible for my fitness test. I say this in the review because the exercise program explicitly states that the viewer should shift to their own personal needs whatever they may be.

The focus focus on form and fluidity is perfect. I love that the warm up and cool down are separate, so if I only have 30min. I can crush the workout without have to sift through it all. I would highly recommend it.

I’ve seen improvements across the board and more importantly, gains (chest/arms/legs +1/4-1/2 inch) The instructors were enjoyable. I have and would recommend the program to others.

I've learned a lot in the few years I've been training and Onnit takes a measured and focuses approach on warmup and cool down. The overall bodyweight program improves mobility and cardiovascular health. I've recommended to my 59 year old mom and my 35 year old sister of 4 kids. The program is great for many people at various stages of fitness and you will notice your improvement as you progress through the course. I highly recommend this program!
