Before becoming Chief Fitness Officer for Onnit, John Wolf founded and owned Wolf Fitness Systems, a well known unconventional gym in California that focused on the integration of various movement theories with the unique tools it made use of. He also spent several years as the US Director of Operations, sitting on the board of the International Education Committee for another well-known unconventional fitness organization.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Program! Wow. Great workout program that really pushed me to my limits. I like the multi-level approach to each workout so that you can tune up (or down) the intensity. The stretching and yoga were beneficial. The transition from part 1 to 2 really took things to the next level and I enjoyed the challenge. I enjoyed the instructors humor. They could realyl get me to laugh or smile when I could barely breathe. An ideal program for the lockdown. All you need is a mat (or carpet, towel, etc) and a little space. Considering how hard it is to find any kind of weights, it was a great choice.

I used to do Beachbody and I always pulled muscles and got injured because there’s no proper technique and cool down in their videos. I already purchased the kettlebell program and loving it.
