Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic I am currently on the final week of this program, and I have to say I have loved every minute of it. I used to go to the gym and do simple powerlifting moves however when lockdown hit I had to find something to try and keep me fit after piling on the quarantine pounds. I have lost over 16 pounds of fat, and feel not only leaner, but healthier than ever. No, it hasn’t made me pack on the muscle, but it has defined my whole body and developed areas that I was lacking in. My health and overall fitness has never been better and I 100% would say it is because of this program. Couldn’t recommend more, won’t be going back to a gym any time soon, about to move on to kettlebell program!
