I’ve been a fan of MMA since I was a kid so I always listen to Rogan’s podcast. I first heard about Onnit from there but then starting seeing some of my favorite fighters in Cowboy and Tyron Woodly using the products. I looked into them and got the Alpha Brain and the Mineral Electrolytes to use in my water bottle during races. I love the brand and all the guys involved in representing Onnit in their respective fields and it was always a goal of mine to be one of those guys.

Corey LaJoie Recommends
Buy Alpha BRAIN
Sometimes NASCAR Cup Series races can last up to 4 hours with car temperatures in excess of 120 degrees, I love taking Alpha Brain before races to help me focus for those long stretches.
Buy Total Strength + Performance - Strawberry Lemonade
My gym workouts are pretty intense to ensure endurance in the race car, when it’s possible to produce over 3 pints of sweat per hour. Before I work out, I use Total Strength and Performance and notice a big difference pushing myself to the limit.
Buy Mineral Electrolytes Hydration Mix - Fresh Lime
When my core body temp can peak at 101 degrees inside the race car, I rely on Mineral Electrolytes to keep me hydrated. Being dehydrated can decrease reaction time by up to 30% & going 200mph, I definitely can’t afford that!
