Men’s Moderate Kettlebell Package

If you have trained with kettlebells before, the Men’s Moderate Kettlebell Package is ideal for you. While most men start with 16kg (35lb) kettlebells, you can quickly progress with the right kettlebell program and technique. The 16kg (35lb) kettlebell will still be useful for extremely high rep sets, but you’ll find the 20kg (44lb) kettlebell more challenging and useful for most set schemes. The 24kg (53lb) kettlebell will come in very handy for low rep strength sets, and will also help you set the stage for high performance kettlebell testing like the Secret Service Snatch Test (100 Snatch repetitions within 5 minutes with a 24kg kettlebell).
