Perform every round of each barbell exercise before moving to the next strength training exercise. Take 1-2 minutes rest between each barbell exercise and each round of this strength workout.
A1: Barbell Clean to Squat – 5 rounds x 5 reps
B1: Barbell Suitcase Deadlift – 5 rounds x 5 reps
