This kettlebell finisher uses 30 second intervals to put your conditioning to the test. The Ultimate Kettlebell Conditioning Finisher can be used as a fat loss tailpipe at the end of your workout or a stand alone conditioning workout.
Workout Instructions
Perform each Kettlebell exercise in Group A for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest. After completing one round of Kettlebell group A, rest 30 seconds before repeating for a total of 3 rounds.
A1: Double Kettlebell Half Snatch – 3 rounds x 30 seconds.
A2: Double Kettlebell Clean & Jerk – 3 rounds x 30 seconds
A3: Double Kettlebell High Pull – 3 rounds x 30 seconds.
A4: Double Kettlebell Alternating Dead Clean – 3 rounds x 30 seconds.
A5: Double Kettlebell Swing – 3 rounds x 30 seconds.
