Perform all reps in group A before moving onto next group. Rest as long as need between groups and minimally between sets.
A1. Single Arm Front Squat – 4 rounds x 8 reps each side
B1. Alternating 1-Arm Row – 4 rounds x 8 reps each side
C1. Single Arm Deadlift – 4 rounds x 8 reps each side
D1. Single Arm Clean – 4 rounds x 8 reps each side
D2. Alternating Swing – 4 rounds x 8 rounds each side
