Exercise Steps
Step 1: Double clean a pair of kettlebells. Press one and keep the other in the rack position.
Step 2: Keeping one overhead, squat down lowering the kettlebell in the rack position.
Step 3: Touch the kettlebell to the floor and while in a full squat, curl the kettlebell back to the rack position and stand up.
