The Double Ready Position is the basis of nearly every double Steel Club exercise. This is where your training should start and end. If your Double Ready Position is not sound, then none of the subsequent drills you perform will be consistent in execution. With all of your training, and especially your Steel Club training, your goal should be to perform your drills consistently well. Spend time building this and the other exercises that utilize the Ready Positions to greatly accelerate the timeline towards Steel Club swinging proficiency!
