Onnit Academy is the most comprehensive database of information related to Unconventional Training, a unique form of fitness methodology that focuses on functional strength, conditioning, and agility using the most efficient means and tools possible. The online database includes articles, videos, tutorials, and workouts featuring alternative implements like kettlebells, sandbags, steel maces, steel clubs, battle ropes, and more.
The objective of Onnit Academy is to teach men and women of all ages and abilities the techniques and methodologies to overcome any physical challenge. Onnit Academy started with a large pool of information provided by My Mad Methods Magazine, an unconventional training publication that Onnit Labs acquired in early 2014. Past articles, exercises, and workouts from My Mad Methods have been re-optimized and can now be found at the Onnit Academy.
