If you only have 10 minutes to get a core workout, try out this quick Steel Mace set! This workout routine combines three movements into a quick 90 second routine that will burn every aspect of your core.

Quick Workout Instructions

Perform 30 seconds of each movement with no rest in between exercises, then rest in between each round.

A1: Alternating Kayak – 5 x 30 sec
A2: Overhead Sit Up – 5 x 30 sec
A3: Plank – 5 x 30 sec
REST: 30 SEC REST B/T SETS
