Workout Summary

While the Steel Mace might not be the heaviest workout tool, it does have some unique elements that can engage your legs like few other implements can. This workout will make your legs burn within the first two sets, but it doesn’t stop there!

Workout Instructions

Complete each group sequence with as little rest as possible before moving onto next group sequence. Rest as needed in between groups.

A1. Extended Step Up – 5 rounds x 20 reps
A2. Shoulder Step Up – 5 rounds x 10 reps each side

B1. Alternating Back Lunge – 5 rounds x 20 reps
B2. Squat Jumps – 5 rounds x 20 reps

C1. Overhead Back Lunge – 5 rounds x 20 reps
C2. Split Squat Jump – 5 rounds x 20 reps

D1. Alternating Low Lunge – 5 rounds x 60 sec
