Workout Summary
If you’re looking to blast your upper body while also engaging your core muscles, look no further than this double kettlebell workout. The first two supersets involve heavy presses followed immediately by complex “gorilla” exercises that will leave you crying by the end. To finish every ounce of arm strength you have left, you’ll perform 5 sets of 60 second overhead holds. Keep a lighter set of weights nearby; switch if you need to to ensure that you maintain proper form.
