The Steel Club Torch Press is an extremely difficult exercise to perform due to the unstable nature of the steel club’s design. The Overhead Torch Squat combines the difficulty of a torch press with an overhead squat. Overhead squatting is hard enough with two hands grasped around a barbell, but you can increase the difficulty even further by using a single steel club.
