Perform all exercises in each group before moving onto next group. Rest as long as needed in between groups and move as quickly as possible through the supersets in group B and C.
A1: Double Kettlebell Clean to Front Squat – 5 rounds x 10 reps
B1: Double Kettlebell Skater Squat – 5 rounds x 5 reps (each side)
B2:Kettlebell Seesaw Press – 5 rounds x 5 reps (each side)
C1: Double Kettlebell Overhead Alternating Reverse Lunge – 5 rounds x 5 reps (each side)
C2: Kettlebell Renegade Row – 5 rounds x 5 reps (each side)
