Main Ingredients

2-3 scoops Onnit chocolate maca protein powder

handful of raw kale
handful of raw rainbow chard
2 oz fresh coconut meat*
½ lrg banana (frozen is best)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp flax seeds
1/8 cup of raw almonds
1/8 cup raw walnuts
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
8-10oz water


-Blend w/ ice until smooth, enjoy!

*I like to buy fresh young coconuts, drain and save the water, then scoop out the meat and freeze.
