360 Steel Mace Exercise Exercise Description

The full 360 generally begins with the mace in a vertical front ready position, sphere at the top, both hands near the bottom end.

Tipping the top end of the mace to one side, it swings through an arc from one side to the other as you hands go into a diagonal pull over.

Pull out of the pull over when the sphere reaches the end of its swing, drawing the mace back to the front – which requires a degree of balance and counter pressure from your hands.


Work not to allow the sphere to over swing in the front, otherwise it will tip over, making it difficult to pause at center if needed or control the mace through the movement.
