Whoever posts a video to the Onnit Academy Facebook page performing 150 reps of the 360 using the Steel Mace,will receive a free Onnit T-shirt.

Onnit Steel Mace 360 Challenge Instructions

The Onnit Steel Mace 360 Challenge is to perform 150 reps of the 360 with the Steel Mace in 5 minutes. The “Alpha” standard for men is a 25lb Steel Mace and the “Alpha” standard for women is the 15lb Steel Mace. You cannot put the Steel Mace down during the 5 minutes, but you may rest it on your shoulder.
