For a pre-workout boost, whip up this easy hemp protein shake and we guarantee you’ll be blazing through your sets in no time. Apart from stimulating alertness, the caffeine in the Velvet Rocket shake can actually help you train harder by taking your focus off of the burn.

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Hemp Force
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Hemp Force
  • ½ Oz MCT
  • 1 Tablespoon WAC
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup rice/almond milk
  • Dash of Matcha Powder inside and on top

Assembly:

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until frothy. Serve Cold.
