This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day. Today’s workout is a kettlebell workout consisting of 4 seperate supersets of kettlebell training consisting of 5 rounds. This is #43 of a series of daily workouts showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Perform all exercises in group A as a superset. Perform 10 reps of A1 then perform 10 reps of A2, rest and repeat until you have completed all 5 rounds. Once complete with group A, repeat the set and rep structure for groups B,C, and D.

A1. Kettlebell Strict Press – 5 rounds x 10 reps (each side)
A2. Kettlebell 2-Hand Row – 5 rounds x 10 reps
B1. Kettlebell Front Squat -5 rounds x 10 reps
B2. Kettlebell Goblet Squat – 5 rounds x 10 reps
C1. Kettlebell Extension Sit Up – 5 rounds x 10 reps
C2. Kettlebell 2-Hand Overhead Sit Up – 5 rounds x 10 reps
D1. Kettlebell 2-Hand Clean – 5 sets x 10 reps
D2. Kettlebell 2-Hand Squat Press – 5 sets x 10 reps
