Workout Details
This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day. Today’s workout is a battle ropes workout consisting of 4 seperate supersets performed for 5 rounds each. This is #39 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform both exercises in group A as a superset. Perform 30 seconds of A1 then perform 3o seconds of A2. Once done with both exercises in group A rest and repeat for a total of 5 rounds until you are done with group A. Once you are done with group A repeat the process with the exercises in group B,C, and D.

A1. Battle Rope Tsunami – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
A2. Bodyweight Reverse Lunge – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
B1. Battle Rope Alternating Wave – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
B2. Bodyweight Squat – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
C1. Battle Ropes Single Arm Wave – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
C2. Bodyweight Burpee – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
D1. Battle Rope Snake Wave – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
D2. Bodyweight Push Up – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
