One Arm Single Leg Kettlebell Hip Bridge Press Exercise Steps
Step 1: Position a kettlebell on the ground next to your shoulder
Step 2: With two hands grab the kettlebell and position it into a floor press position with your left arm
Step 3: Lift up your hips and raise your right leg off the ground
Step 4: While keeping your hips elevated slowly lower the kettlebell until your tricep gently touches the ground.
Step 5: Press and repeat
Step 6: On your last rep lower the bell and with two hands rotate over to place it gently on the ground
Tips and Summary: Keep your shoulders lowered and arms packed into the socket during the entire press. If you find your hips starting to rotate or lean place both feet on the ground. If that is too challenging lower your back to the ground.
