Why the Sots Press
The Kettlebell Sots Press will build massive core strength while helping the shoulders and legs endure whatever you might throw at them. This kettlebell exercise is the epitome of strength meeting balance.
You don’t need a heavy weight to gain the benefits of the Sots Press. Named after Russian weightlifting champ, Viktor Sots, you will be cursing his name throughout this exercise.
