Step 1: Clean a kettlebell pistol grip style so the kettlebell is upside down.
Step 2: Squeeze the kettlebell as tight as you can, maintaining core tension.
Step 3: Keeping your eyes on the kettlebell, press the kettlebell up overhead.
Step 4: Once you lockout your arms, lower the kettlebell back into position and repeat
