Step 1: With straight legs, bring your hands as close to your feet as possible on the ground.
Step 2: Walk your hands out until they are directly under you shoulders and your body stays in a straight line.
Step 3: Lower the body, maintaining a straight line and push yourself back up.
Step 4: Walk your hands back to the starting position and repeat.
