Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds before moving to next kettlebell exercise. Move through each kettlebell movement in group A as quickly as possible without rest. Once one round is completed, rest 60 seconds and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
A1: Alternating Kettlebell Explosive Push Up – 5 rounds x 30 secs
A2: Alternating Kettlebell Lateral Lunge – 5 rounds x 30 secs
A3: Kettlebell Diamond Push Up – 5 rounds x 30 secs
