The Steel Mace Staggered Paddle Swing is an excellent explosive exercise that involves full body coordination. It looks similar to someone on a paddle board performing an explosive paddle deep into the water. Starting from a low staggered stance, you’ll drive your hips forward while twisting your body and raising the Steel Mace.
