Rope pulling is an excellent, functional exercise that builds strength and tests your endurance at the same time. The proper stance will engage your entire body, including your legs, core, arms, and grip with each movement. Having the right stance will also lessen the likelihood that your back will be in a risky position while pulling heavy weight. Hook a heavy Battle Rope up to a weight and get to work. The thicker the diameter of the rope, the harder the exercise and the better your grip strength training will be.
