Complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds before moving to the next station without resting, once completed rest as needed. Repeat four more times for 5 rounds total.

C. Counterweight Ab Extension – 5 x 60 sec
D. Lunge Step Over Shoulder Pull – 5 x 60 sec
E. Counterweight Dragon Split Pull – 5 x 60 sec
