Workout Summary
If you want to get the full benefit of Battle Ropes, it’s time to do more than simple wave drills! Unleash your fury with this dynamic Battle Rope workout that involves sitting, kneeling, traveling, and planking exercises that will test the endurance of your entire body.
Workout Instructions
Complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds in group A before moving to the next station without resting, once completed rest as need before moving onto group B. Move as quickly as possible through group B without resting. rest as needed before moving on to group C.
A1. Seated Stagecoach 3 rounds x 30 sec
A2. Side to Side Wave 3 rounds x 30 sec
A3. Kneeling 1-Arm Whip 3 rounds x 30 sec (each side)
A4. Double Circle Wave 3 rounds x 3o sec
B1. Alternating Wave Jump Squat 3 rounds x 20 reps
B2. Explosive In-Out Pushup Walk 3 rounds x 20 reps
C1. Alternating Wave Walk In/Out 3 rounds x 20 reps
C2. Plank Wave 3 rounds x 20 reps (each side)
