Graham Holmberg has been an avid athlete all his life. He played football and baseball during his college career at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in education, Holmberg continued his passion of athleticism, teaching, and learning. He did stints as a freshman baseball coach and a personal trainer, then going on to become an avid CrossFit athlete, trainer, and competitor. In the 2009 CrossFit games, Graham came in 19th place, and he returned in 2010, earning first place and claiming the title "Fittest Man in the World."
