If you haven’t learned about the health benefits of fulvic acid, it’s an important naturally occurring organic acid that can be difficult to obtain from a normal diet. It can be beneficial for all adults as it facilitates numerous biological reactions. Athletes, in particular, might need to replenish these trace minerals more often. Fulvic acid may improve endurance through cellular energy, nutrient absorption, and enzyme and hormone optimization.

The only downside, fulvic acid has an earthy, not-quite-delicious flavor. So, we’ve come up with a simple recipe that you can start including in your morning routine. For all your coffee lovers out there, this one will put a smile on your face. This blended iced mocha recipe pairs perfectly with our new flavor of the Fulvic Minerals Concentrate, Mocha. (Go figure). If you have the unflavored version, you can easily whip up this concoction as well, or throw it into your daily smoothie.

For a little variation, try adding one teaspoon of cacao powder for additional magnesium and ½ teaspoon organic peppermint extract with the remaining ingredients for the perfect Iced Peppermint Mocha, much better for you than the sugary alternatives out there.

Fulvic Iced Mocha Recipe

Serves: 1

Difficulty: Easy

Iced Mocha Ingredients

● 6-8 oz. cold brew
● 6-8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
● 1 tbsp. Fulvic Minerals, mocha flavor
● ½ scoop Hemp Force Active
● 1 tbsp. MCT Oil

Iced Mocha Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse until combined.
2. Pour over ice, and enjoy!
