Workout Summary

The Plank is the “jack of all trades” ab exercise. With dozens of variations, the plank is one of the most effective abdominal exercises around. The Ab Shredder Plank Circuit will engage your entire core, helping reduce low back pain and increasing core strength will improve you performance in all other aspects of fitness.

Workout Instructions

Perform each exercise in the group with as little rest as possible. Once completed rest as needed, and repeat for a total of 4 rounds.

A1: Plank – 4 rounds x 45 sec
A2: Plank with Reach Throughs – 4 rounds x 45 sec (each side)
A3: Alternating T Plank – 4 rounds x 45 sec
A4: Alternating Single Leg Plank – 4 rounds x 45 sec
