Ingredients:
  • ½ scoop grass-fed whey isolate, Mexican Chocolate
  • 2 scoops Recovery Protein
  • 2 tbsp. WAC butter (Onnit’s organic, raw walnut almond cashew butter)
  • ⅛ tsp. Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp. raw honey
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cups ice
