The Steel Mace Military Press is the good old standard for building upper body and shoulder strength. When performing heavy military presses you will notice big gains in other lifts as well as greater strength throughout your entire body. Exercise Steps

Step 1: Grasp the Steel Mace with both hands and drive your elbows under and forward

Step 2: From this position, press the Steel Mace straight up to elbow lockout.

Step 3: Lower the Steel Mace back into the Rack Position.

Tips & Safety: Keep your back straight, heels down, and your core tight throughout the duration.
