I've read my fair share of self-improvement books (and then some..), and there is just something about Aubrey's way of conveying information that resonates with the core of my being in a way other books just haven't. I'm a single mom learning how to balance my high aspirations & personal goals with life's stressful demands all while consciously raising a little one alone - it's an intense place to be! But so much of this book's message has struck a chord within me; after reading the book & implementing its practices, I feel like I am an incarnated warrior who can not only manage in this life, but totally OWN it, enjoying dark chocolate, red wine & make good love all while simultaneously owning the day and polishing my life. I'm still integrating so much of the information into my day-to-day, and I just can't sing enough praise about this book. Thank you Aubrey & Onnit team for being so sensational. <3

I thought I would have already know all of the info though from different podcasts of heard with him though. I couldn’t have been more wrong. There are so many great techniques in here I didn’t know about and back with actual studies. It’s written in such an easy to follow format which makes it very simple to refer back to a section later for reference. So pumped to keep continuing my journey for Total Human Optimization.
