Workout Summary

If you think that there’s only one way to slam a Steel Mace on a tractor tire, you’re wrong! Switching your grip and stance makes a huge difference on how slamming a Steel Mace impacts your tire workout. Give this high intensity workout a shot if you’re looking to practice multiple Steel Mace drills you’ve never tried before.

Workout Instructions

Perform all exercises from group A as one round, resting 60 seconds between rounds. Before exercises B and C as stand alone rounds. Resting 30 secs between each round.

A1: Alternating Slam – 5 rounds x 30 sec
A2: Staggered Stance Slam – 5 rounds x 30 sec (each side)
A3: Rotational Fixed Grip Slam – 5 rounds x 30 sec
Rest 60 seconds between rounds

B1: Step and Slam – 10 rounds x 30 sec (each side)
Rest 30 seconds between each round

C1: Explosive Squat Slam – 10 rounds x 30 sec
Rest 30 seconds between each round
