Shut Up & Train Full Body Kettlebell Circuit Workout

When you combine kettlebells with compound movements you are able to hit the entire body at once. Add compound kettlebell exercises into a circuit, and you have the recipe for a killer workout. The kettlebell circuit won’t give you a second to recover, and the flow and ease of the movements will safely allow to add in intensity.
Perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds before moving to next exercise. Move through each movement in group A as quickly as possible without rest. Once one round is completed rest as needed and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
A1: Kettlebell Goblet Squat to Curl – 5 rounds x 30 sec
A2: Around The Body To Hold – 5 rounds x 30 sec
A3: 2-Hand Lunge To Press – 5 rounds x 30 sec
A4: Around The Body – 5 rounds x 30 sec (each direction)
A5: Tactical Lunge – 5 rounds x 30 sec
