Workout Summary

Perform 60 seconds of A1 followed immediately by 60 seconds of A2, A3 and A4. Once finished rest and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.

A1: Bodyweight Plyo Lunge – 5 rounds x 60 sec.
A2: Bodyweight Side Plank – 5 rounds x  60 sec.
A3: Bodyweight Push Up – 5 rounds x 60 sec.
A4: Bodyweight Deck Squat – 5 rounds x 60 sec.
