17 Emulsified MCT Oil Recipes

Ingredients

● 2 tbsp. organic almond butter
● ½ tbsp. coconut emulsified MCT oil

Suggested Uses:

● Spread on sprouted grain bread and drizzle with raw, unfiltered honey (always buy local whenever possible) to start your day.

4. Paleo Coco-Chia Pudding

Ingredients

● ½ cup coconut milk
● 1 tbsp. coconut emulsified MCT oil
● 1 tbsp. lightly toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
● Dash of cinnamon, optional

Directions:

Add all ingredients together in a small bowl. Keep in fridge for 15 minutes to allow the chia seed to expand, soften and absorb the liquid to form a pudding-like consistency. Top with additional coconut flakes if desired.

Chia seed pudding is a great option for a primal dessert without using any dairy, processed sugar or preservatives.

5. Coco Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

● 1 cup full-fat Greek or Skyr yogurt
● 1 tbsp. coconut EMCT oil
● 1 tsp. Chia seed
● 2 tbsp. Toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
● ½ banana sliced
● ¼ blueberries

Directions:

In a medium bowl, stir the emulsified MCT oil into the yogurt. Top with the chia, coconut flakes, banana and blueberries for a well-balanced, energy-fueling tropical snack.

Ingredients

● 8 oz. hot water
● 1 black tea bag
● 1 tbsp. coconut Emulsified MCT oil
● Dash of cinnamon

Directions:

Brew the tea. Stir in the emulsified MCT oil and top with cinnamon for an instant kick.

● ½ cup coconut-based whipped topping

Suggested Uses:

11. Breakfast of Champs

Ingredients

● ½ cup rolled or steel-cut oats
● 1-2 tbsp. vanilla emulsified MCT oil
● ¼ cup almonds
● 1 cup non-dairy milk of choice
● Dried, unsweetened or fresh fruit if desired
● Dash of cinnamon

Directions:

Cook the oatmeal, then add in the EMCT. Top with the almonds, cinnamon and dried or fresh fruit. Be a boss for the day.

Ingredients

● 8-12 oz. all-natural pink lemonade
● 1 tbsp. strawberry emulsified MCT oil
● 1 fresh strawberry
● Slice of lemon

14. Strawberry Emulsified MCT Butter

Ingredients

● 2 tbsp. grass-fed butter, softened
● ½ tbsp. strawberry emulsified MCT oil

Directions:

In a small bowl, add the emulsified MCT oil to the softened butter. Make sure the butter is softened but not melted. Stir until combined. Add to toast for a delicious addition to your breakfast.

15. Optimized Milk

Ingredients

● 1-2 tbsp. strawberry EMCT
● 1 large glass unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice

16. Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

● 1 ½ cup coconut water, not from concentrate
● ¾ cup frozen mixed berries
● ½ frozen banana
● 1 scoop whey isolate protein
● 1-2 tbsp. strawberry EMCT
● 1 tbsp. chia seed

Suggested Uses:

Blend all ingredients and enjoy as a perfect, hydrating and energy-refueling post-workout shake.

17. Chocolate Dipped StrawberryX2

Ingredients

For all you ketos and buttered-coffee-loving people out there, I’m sure you know that Emulsified MCT is a quick and clean source of fuel.

● ½ cup dark chocolate chips, 70% cacao or more
● 2 tbsp. organic cream
● 2 tbsp. strawberry emulsified MCT oil
● 2 cups fresh strawberries

Directions:

1. In a small microwaveable bowl, add the chocolate chips and cream. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted.
2. Stir in the strawberry EMCT.
3. Dip each strawberry and lay on a cookie sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. Place in fridge for 10 minutes to harden the chocolate shell.
4. You know the rest (hint: eat them.)
