This strength workout combines a pair of kettlebell triplet sets that will hit your entire body and spice up your kettlebell training. The Badass Kettlebell Strength Workout will not only increase kettlebell strength, but power up your endurance and increase mobility.
After completing all kettlebell exercises in group A, rest 60 seconds and repeat for a total of 4 rounds. The same instructions apply to all kettlebell exercises in group B.
A1: Kettlebell Lateral Split Squat Low Switch – 4 rounds x 8 reps each side
A2: Kettlebell Windmill Deadlift – 4 rounds x 8 reps each side
A3: Kettlebell Offset Pushup – 4 rounds x 8 reps each side
B1: Single Kettlebell Rack Split Squat – 4 rounds x 10 reps each side
B2: 2-Handed Kettlebell Swing – 4 rounds x 20 reps
B3: Kettlebell Diamond Push Up – 4 rounds x Max reps
